Early voting in Wisconsin is called In-Person Absentee Voting. For the 2024 Fall General Election, it is officially available Statewide from Tuesday October 22nd through Sunday November 3rd. HOWEVER:
- The actual dates and hours for In-Person Absentee Voting within the Statewide timeframe is up to the discretion of each Municipal Clerk.
- As of this writing, early voting on weekends is NOT SCHEDULED by any municipal clerk’s office in Door County.
- In other words, Friday November 1st is the last day for early voting in Door County or even earlier in some municipalities.
- Also, some municipalities have early voting by appointment only or have day-of-the-week or hours restrictions.
