Trump, Musk, and the entire GOP keep sowing the wind.

The whirlwind is here.

Trump and Vance blowing up at Zelenskyy in the Oval Office today: sowing.

The House passing a budget with $880 billion in dreamt-of cuts to Medicaid, the country’s biggest health insurance program—which covers about a third of rural Wisconsin kids: sowing.

Musk and Trump eyeing massive cuts to the Social Security Administration—slashing up to half of the agency’s employees in a mass firing that could endanger life-critical support that Americans rely on: sowing.

Brad Schimel running for Wisconsin Supreme Court, saying, “Our donor base is excited about this chance to take this Court back,” to ensure that Musk, Trump, and the GOP have a rubber stamp on WI’s highest court: sowing.

And the whirlwind they’ll reap? That’s our job.

And you can see the whirlwind the mounting fury at Brad Schimel and support for Susan Crawford—even as Elon Musk and his far-right billionaire friends pour money into Brad Schimel’s utterly cynical, dishonest scorched-earth campaign.

Judge Crawford is fighting back.

As she said at a campaign stop, “When I was a little girl growing up in Chippewa Falls, I never could have imagined that I’d be fighting the world’s richest man.”

And that’s exactly what we need.

This is an Old Testament battle. Wisconsinites have a David standing up to a vicious Goliath. Instead of a slingshot, Susan Crawford wields a gavel—dispensing justice without fear or favor.

That’s terrifying to the likes of Musk. But it makes Wisconsinites stand up and cheer.

We have 14 days until a potential government shutdown on March 14. Democrats in DC are standing firm—that they won’t give Trump and the GOP a pass as Musk carves up the government and the constitution from the inside.

And we have 32 days until the Supreme Court election on April 1. In that fight, it’s up to all of us the join the fight alongside Judge Susan Crawford—to show that no flood of money can lessen our resolve to fight for the country we love.

Be the whirlwind. Let’s get to work.
