It’s All Good News – And There is Proof.

[EDITOR’S NOTE: Ben’s Newsletter began with a Vote NO message for August 13 ballot questions. That message is reproduced in News Shorts at the top of HOME Page and  again at the end of this newsletter.   ALSO NOTE: Each of Ben’s good news statements is also a hot link to the truth of each statement]

Dear fellow Wisconsin Democrats,

Here’s some news you may have missed:

Inflation is falling.

Real wages are growing.

Crime is falling.

Unions are growing.

Border crossings are falling.

Jobs are growing.

Climate emissions are falling.

Energy production is growing.

Inequality is falling.

The stock market is growing.

The federal deficit is falling.

Health insurance coverage is growing.

Overdose deaths are falling.

Businesses in “left behind” counties are growing.

These stories aren’t the ones going viral.

But they’re the ones that touch our lives.

And they’re the real evidence for the effectiveness of the Biden-Harris administration, of the policies that Democrats put in place—especially when they had the House and Senate in after the 2020 elections.

If the news of the day gets you down, take a step back from your phone or your TV, take a walk, and remember that what all of us do together really does make a difference.

And that’s why we’re going to keep on doing it.

In solidarity,

Ben  Wikler
