  • Wisconsin Eligibility to Vote Referendum

This is a Yes or No question.

Republican’s proposed and favor this referendum which would change section 1 of article III of the constitution from a right to a requirement and (knowingly) impose documentary rules that can not be met by 10% of voters.

Democrats recommend voting NO on this referendum because it unnecessarily complicates the election process and erects discriminatory barriers for voters of color and those who do not speak English as a first language.
