Sorry that I have not replied sooner. I have been busy uncovering and documenting additional issues. I have tried to be thorough.

This may or may not be related to ticket #TSK5GRCOD8WU – see item A.2 below.

A. Our recently rebuilt Home Page (labeled HOME v3.1 beta) now has five (plus header and footer) horizontal panels, each of which consist of a flexbox with a template installed in a Template widget. Some of these templates are made up with one or two internal templates. The header and footer are both sticky. Our Home Page, until now, has not had a Post Content widget. I experience these issues:

1. STACKING: When scrolled, the top panel slides part way behind the header but abruptly the headers is pushed up and out of the window. Following panels then stack up on top of and/or behind each other. None of the panels appear to scroll far enough for any portion to exit the window.

2. LOST COLOR/STYLING: Attempting to edit, the absence of a Post Content widget is noted. Attempting to Edit Template, a new Tab is opened labeled Edit “Single Page #2608”, rather than Edit “HOME PAGE”. In the displayed window, some panels have lost their background color and/or parts of their styling. Styling loss plus the stacking results in the screen filled vertically with no room to add a container. Also, could not put a container between panels. All panels turn green if editing is attempted.

3. PAGE TEMPLATES MODIFIED: In Theme Builder>Single Page, All of the rebuilding now appears in two of the templates, ID = #2609 used for HOME PAGE and ID = #5846 for HOME v3.1. Viewing the two templates in the editor, they displayed the same contents. When viewed directly, the pages appeared the same as the Single Page templates.

WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG?

B. Next I built another Home page (labeled HOME v3.1.02) which was eventually discarded due to problems I presumed were my own fault and which I did not document. In that process, all the contents were cleared out of template ID = 5846, which I used as the Single Page Template for rebuild no. 3, (labeled HOME v3.1.03) which had (note past tense) the same appearance as v3.1 beta, Page v3.1.03 differs from v3.1 beta in that Divider element were removed from the panel templates and became independent containers separating the panel templates. Because of its vertical height, the Latest News panel was split into two panels with an unlabeled Divider between them. Two buttons were added to the first panel. I also revised Header ID= #3794 to have two sizes of the Site Title to be responsive to small screens (I an not yet satisfied with the revision) In exercising v3.1.03, I experienced the following issues:

1. HOME PAGE CHANGED: the original HOME PAGE its Page Template display all the revised panel templates minus the labeled Dividers. I presume this was as it should be. There is no longer a background color issue. However, the stacking issue is present. I checked out a variety of functions without finding further issues until I clicked on NEXT of the pagination for the EVENT panel – see #2 next.

2. HOME PAGE CONTENTS DISAPPEARED: upon clicking next the contents of the page I was viewing, HOME v.3.1.03, completely disappeared (except for header and footer). I tried to edit the page and found the same. The Single Page Template (#5846) was clear, as it should be. I discovered later that page HOME v3.1 beta was also cleaned out. After making a duplicate, I tested the NEXT button of the Event panel template by itself. The template contents disappeared. All the panel templates appear to be present.

C. A separate issue; depending on cursor position or motion, scroll bars appear with a Pop-up titled ALERT. Scholl bars detract from the impact of the graphic’s motion effects. Can the scroll bars be suppressed or eliminated?

1. Our website is not in condition to be publicly viewed. Unless I shortly hear otherwise from you, I intent to change the status back to “Coming Soon”  You should still have access because you have Administrative privileges. However, those privileges are temporary and will expire in a few days.

2. It is not clear who on your end is addressing which issue. Your last message implies I will be contacted by someone other than yourself about the issue of highest priority to us – Stacking. I have received no indication that anyone is addressing it except that someone identified as Ronelyn logged in early yesterday morning. 

3. If you are handling the Lost Color/Styling issue. Please note I no long see that issue as mentioned in item B.1 of my email of March 14.

4. I urgently hope that Ronelyn is indeed an Elementor employee because someone has been trying to hack our site. There have been 600 failed log-ins from early morning on March 11 through yesterday when I blocked the offending IP. These attempts all identify user as “unknown” but have Meta data that matches all but one of our 11 presently active user accounts (12 counting Ronelyn). And, of those 11, 8 are in the name of people who don’t even know they are the list much less how to log in. To date, I have never had to deal with such a problem. Any advice you offer will be appreciated.

To the extent you are able, please expedite the Stacking issue. That will allow the site to go back to “Live”, albeit with some flaws. Of course, I am still anxious to properly finish rebuilding the home page with all the intended parts.

I found out why the stacking is going on. all the containers are set to be sticky to the top, so they were all sticking to the top of the page as you scrolled down.

Also I checked and Ronelyn is with elementor, so no hacker there.

1. As I start the rebuild, I attempted to add the missing dividers to HOME PAGE, but could not find a way to insert containers for the divider elements. I also see the Sgl Pg Template (#2609) for the original HOME PAGE is still populated with the panel templates. 

2, I next started a new HOME v3.1.04, added it to conditions for Sgl Pg Template (#5846), began editing and discovered the Navigator is populated with several containers, but nothing shows in the editor except the Header and Footer.

3. I made a duplicate of v3.1.04 and retained it for your use.

4. I renamed the duplicate v3.1.05, added it to template #5846 conditions and deleted all the undisplayed containers. I am now adding the dividers and panel templates

I’ve have completed the rebuild of HOME v3.1.05. This time I started with a new Sgl Page template (#6239). Everything went together with out a hitch. It looks great. I really appreciate all of your efforts. I am impressed.

However, I have done almost no performance testing. I hate to tell you, but the DISAPPEARING CONTENTS problem is still there. View the EVENTS panel, click on the pagination NEXT button. The panel disappears. I tried with an extra container on the page with the Events template; everything disappears except the Header and Footer. The template file remained intact, but please make a copy before you test it.
